Blueberry Smoothie!

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut milk (watch ingredients)
½ cup frozen organic blueberries
½ cup fresh spinach leaves
1 tablespoon approved nut butter (optional)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)
A few ice cubes

Blend in a blender, Vitamix, Ninja, Magic Bullet or whatever works for you. Serve in a stylish glass alongside your handsomely plated saute or other CIRS approved breakfast. Don’t forget to take your Omega 3 and vitamin D supplements
